January 15th, 2025. They charged my card $1,000 to hold a GLC 300. I ended up buying it at VIP for $3,000 cheaper. Despite repeated calls and a return to the dealership this past Saturday on 3/2 and speaking and shaking hands with the general manager, I still have not received my 1K back on my credit card. I don't know how these guys sleep at night. They have my 1K and will not return it. Beware..bunch of fucking thieves!
I Couldn't have had a better experience!!! Troy and Robbie are hands down the best. Professional, and courteous and on top of everything from start to finish, .they are also both sharp, and super caring, and kept me informed every step of the way.
