Would leave zero stars if I could. Had my sprinter serviced here for 3 years. The rear axle of my van broke in FL 4 months after I had had the rear differential serviced. The MB tech in FL and the insurance adjuster said it looked like it had never been touched. When I went to confront them and get my service records it came to light that they had put my van under a false VIN for 3 years hiding the fact that the previous owner had some pre paid services I could’ve taken advantage of.
