Jake was wonderful, Service B was done in good timing and was able to pick my SUV up earlier than expected
Jake did an excellent job of communicating and the work was completed on time. Service really did a great job of working with us to select new tires. I appreciated Jake showing me the new indicators on tires (versus the old top of the head of a Lincoln penny...since I don't have change anymore!).
A very simple process: courteous, patient, and willing patiently answer my questions. Introduced me to driving an electric loaner.
