Took my 580 there for service even though I didn't purchase it there. Jim in the service department was very responsive, kept me informed on the repair and delivered my car once repair was completed. Some of the parts had to be ordered. My previous experience was with John Session in Washington and after numerous years led to distrust. A friend recommended I try Mecerdes of Morgantown and I was not disappointed.
I was passing through the area and my car needed a part, this was the closest MB store to where i was located, guy in parts was super friendly to deal with A+!

We recently purchased a G580. Had the pleasure working with Andrew, who made the entire process simple. From test drive to trade in to finalizing the deal. The overall experience was pleasant. The receptionist there even took our dog for a little walk and gave him treats! We highly recommend the dealership and Andrew.
