This place I beautiful, my salesman was waiting for me outside, very kind very understanding of my mom being in wheelchair and I had to take her to the car to sit more comfortable! give me a nice deal on the newest vehicle I've ever owned all my other vehicles were fixer uppers This place I would highly recommend!
Let me tell you something. I used to work here. I’ve also purchased several cars from here. This place is horrendous. There is a reason they had to sell the majority of their assets to Moses Auto Group. The family who owns Mercedes of Morgantown are actually very nice and kind, but they’ve made the mistake the past few years of putting people in charge who are not only rude and unfriendly, but they are entitled for no reason and completely hateful and miserable and incapable of their given tasks (be professional). As a first time buyer, I had an amazing experience with JP! I used to be intimated of car salesmen as they sometimes take young buyers not seriously. However, JP was incredibly attentive and dedicated, making sure I drove away with the car I truly wanted!
