I just bought my first car since graduating college and securing my teaching job. Working with Andrew to purchase my car (a used 2017 Subaru Outback) was amazing! I'm revisiting this review I made a long time ago. I recently had to go to another dealership to get a new car serviced. Nothing compares to Mercedes service department. They complete the job to spec EVERY TIME. Best service department I've ever been to.
Hands down 5-stars for the service dept. Others need to take heavy notes from this place!! I was here from out of town visiting family, when my a/c began shaking the entire dash of my GLB250 and making a terrible noise. We couldn’t turn it up past the lowest setting (during record breaking heatwave!). Jim was so nice and accommodating, he got me in the very next morning. We arrived late on a Friday night @ MB of Morgantown to use the service of their Chargepoint EV Level 3 charger for our Chevy Equinox at 4:40 pm. Being new to this process, we were relieved when Andrew Hall, Sales Manager greeted us warmly and not only got us started, he walked us through every step.
