Not happy at all, the sale guy wasn't very nice or didn't even smile at all , was way to busy to really help me was all over the place and every time he came back to me was to give me bad news . I wanted the Nissan w a very good trade in and they devalued my car and supposedly their banks didn't approved me except for one that wanted $4000 down and a super high APR . What?! If you're not buy their high end cars they value your sale less. Oh and they lost car keys. I even called ahead and told them I was coming to see a specific car. I'm 30 minutes from the dealership but they didn't attempt to call me back and say they don't even have the key for the vehicle. Don't waste your time because they will.
Despite having being listed this vehicle was not yet available for sale. I had several exchanges with this dealer and after waiting for 3 days for the salesperson to respond to a question it became evident that he wasn't even clear which vehicle he was referencing, having misidentified it as a 2014 not 2016 as listed. Overall this was a frustrating exchange and certainly not what I would expect from a Mercedes-benz Dealer. Dealer responded promptly, not just a automated response. I asked for specific info and they replied to what I actually asked . I went to dealership and the total experience was first class . I highly recommend
When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we met with a salesman who showed us the car and started appologizing for the condition of the car. " Don't worry it will be spotless" This car was a pig stye. Knowing someone is on their way to look at a vehicle, why wouldn't it be spotless and presentable without any excuses? We were not impressed . An MB dealership should do better than this.
