Avoid this dealer, if you really believe in transparency and value your time. Upon my arrival, the receptionists called Jenn (sales manager) and informed her about me, but she kept asking me to wait. Despite my patience, she never showed up. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly given the high standards of service I expect from a brand like Mercedes. Communication was great Listing accuracy was also great I bought the exact Mercedes-Benz SUV premium package. On-site experience the car clean and ready for your test-drive. Customer service everyone is friendly and helpful. Overall impression was awesome and I Would you recommend the dealer to my friends and family.
