Todd, Mitchell & Donna of Mercedes-Benz Knoxville are angels on Earth….drove into Service area early Saturday morning with my disabled daughter trapped inside our sprinter campervan ….a jammed sliding door. Door was fixed immediately, and they wouldn’t let me pay for it?!!! Life-affirming to see the goodness in people…Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville
This place is amazing. It was totally worth for me to come all the way from Asheville, NC. Derek Cardinal ( my service advisor) is definitel went above and beyond to address/fix my car's issue.. I would give them seven stars if I could..
"We bought our 2027 Mercedes GLS 450 from Chase Anderson at Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville, and we couldn't be happier. Chase treated us right from start to finish — no pressure, straight answers, and a fair deal we felt good about. We drove it home the same day and love it more than we expected. If you're shopping for a Mercedes in Knoxville, ask for Chase."
Very kind staff! Ethan was fantastic!
I had a small ding in my brand new Mercedes and took it in for the Luxury Services Restoration service the dealership offers. Conner Pyka was fantastic and got me a quick appointment. The team did an amazing job with the repair. It was fast, reasonably priced and I can’t say enough about the service. Conner made sure it was exactly to my satisfaction. I highly recommend the service if you need a ding repaired or blemish fixed! A+
