Long time client of their service department. Very customer focused and it is not only what they do but how they do it! Special thanks to Derek! ….As both Mercedes & BMW owner, wish I could get same level of service at BMW.
Had overall pretty negative experience. Car had more issues coming out of the shop than it did going in. Felt like I was being treated a little rudely. For Mercedes you would expect customer service to go above and beyond for patrons but definitely felt the opposite.
