Excellent service and communication, my representative kept me up to date and was very knowledgeable. Update - The original 5 star review was before I had driven 10 miles down the road. After bringing my Mercedes in to have them change a hydraulic pump out, it turns out that they had stripped out the screws that held it in, and GLUED the screws back in place. Bought a CPO S class form them a few weeks ago. I live in NC. The entire process was actually surprisingly pleasant. From the initial contact via email to several conversations with the sales representative Dominic were completely smooth and no pressure tactics. Dominic was amazing!, His knowledge of the vehicle was superb. Jamie is very helpful when it comes to the service for my vehicle. When we call, he is very quick to respond. He just all around has great customer service!
It was a great experience with some great people working there. My wife and I felt like we were family and treated with respect. Our salesman Chase Anderson was vey helpful and willing to make a deal that helped us and Mercedes of Knoxville. The sales manager and finance manager was so helpful and really wanted us to walk out happy!
