Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville. I have bought plenty of vehicles and understand how taxes, fees, and dealership paperwork work. This wasn’t a misunderstanding on my part. My salesman Frank Cardwell was exceptional in every aspect of selling us a new car. Even though it was his day off he made time to meet us, take us every step of purchasing and constantly asking if we had any questions! We will be back again! Oh, they have great pricing. Top notch service!!
I was disappointed with my most recent service experience. My Mercedes was back at the dealership for the third time for the check-engine light, so I was provided a loaner for two days. When I received the loaner, Mitchell told me the gas tank was 3/4 full and that I needed to return it at the same level. I drove approximately 50 miles total—essentially just from the dealership home and back—and the gauge still showed 3/4 when I returned it. Frank at Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. I found the Mercedes Sprinter van on Facebook Marketplace and reached out to him with a ton of questions. He was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and helped me every step of the way.
