My overall experience was 5-star but I think I could have experienced a warmer meeting while working with the finance manager. He was strictly business mode. I don't even think he smiled at me during our encounter.

Great follow up but what I saw and wanted was sold so they afforded me the courtesy of letting me know rather than leave me hanging which I was appreciative for.

Requested dealer to send MSRP twice via email and it was never sent. Instead I received two emails inviting me into the dealership to look at the vehicle. I crossed them off my list for not simply sending me the MSRP in order to review the vehicle.
