I had a great experience purchasing my car. Michael Abu was courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. He was dedicated to making sure I walked out with the car I wanted, E-350 and took the time to address all my questions without pressure. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful, including the finance representative, William who made the process smooth and clear. This dealership has been great to me through the years. Ten year ago I purchased my first Benz from here through Bud. The car runs like the day I got it and has had zero issues. 6 years ago I purchased the second one for someone through bud. Through the years multiple friends and family members purchased through him. This year was my third purchase.
