Great dealership to buy a new or used vehicle from.
I bought a new Smart fortwo and love the car. During the negotiations I was told that the license had to purchased by them as that was their policy. Now 9 weeks later I have a vehicle that I cannot legally drive due to expired temporary plates. I have called multiple times and left many messages. This is crazy.
It involved an attorney to win my car! In the end, i'm glad they took care of it. I love my new car, but for customer service? They should of took care of the situation in the first place.
