Sold me a 2019 Mercedes C300 4MATIC CABRIOLET off the showroom floor September 24 with defective paint...was given every opportunity to make it right...wanted me to take a 15k loss on a trade-in October 23...Anthony Gladney, the General Manager and Ryan Winroth, the General Sales Manager, are not to be trusted.
Salesman lied about the condition of the vehicle and wasted a 2.5 drive to see the car
The Service Dept. is excellent. They worked on our RV (Mercedes) morning after inquiry - as we were from out-of-town. Terrific people! Straub, shuttle driver, couldn't have been more accommodating! Brad kept us informed of the repair progress. We really appreciated their efforts.

Great experience buying a used car from Tanner at Mercedes-Benz. Honest and helpful, Tanner helped us wrap up the purchase of a quality vehicle in a couple hours for our college student. We'll start our search there next time we're shopping for a vehicle.
Amazing experience today!! Johhny was great and kept in constant communication with me, helped me by working with Anthony to get my financing in order and got me out of there quickly in our used but new to us vehicle! We love it! This was not a huge $$ deal but that did not matter, with the level of help I received, attention to detail, them staying late to assist me and the great financing Anthony got through for me, you would have thought I was buying a very expensive vehicle.
