The service department stinks. To call it customer service is an oxymoron, in fact the people who meet with the customers are the morons. Scheduled a routine service, change the oil etc on Tuesday for the service to be done the following Tuesday. Showed up as the first vehicle at 7 AM, the vehicle had not even been looked at at 2:30 PM. Don't go here, there is no service.

I visited the dealership with my mother this evening at about 6:30pm to test drive, and possibly purchase a GLC 300. We were met with no greeting and no initial help. There were several staff members who walked by us without inquiring if we needed assistance. We were finally greeted by someone about 15 minutes later after trying, unsuccessfully, to gain someone's attention and asked to test drive a vehicle. The salesman said he would be right back. Bate and Switch. Advertising used car for sale that does not exist . Attempting to lure buyer, once in showroom with other cars. Would have given zero stars as deserved.
