Le-*** was our sales **** I would give him ten stars if it were an option. Our quest for exactly what I wanted was like searching for a needle in a haystack - and I may have changed my mind a couple times - but Le-*** took on the challenge and delivered to us my every request! This customer purchased a vehicle that had a coolant leak after delivery causing the car to smoke. We took the vehicle back into our service department and fixed the coolant leak immediately without any charge to him or usage of his warranty. He, two months later, had another issue with the (12 year old) vehicle and contacted us. Purchasing a vehicle with ************* Denver CO has been the WORST experience of my life. I flew to Denver to look at and purchase a car. Before I left, Nikko told me that my car would be picked up / ship to me the next day. Unfortunately he fell ill and I was forced to work with *******. Took me on the car ride. My daughter is buying her first car. She has been doing her due diligence and found a pre owned 2022 ***** Civic at Mercedes Benz of Denver and made an appointment to see and test drive it on Saturday May 31, 2024 at 2:00 PM. The used car department verified the appointment no less than four times in the hours leading up to it. Do not take your car here for service. You will regret it. Took my car for a flat tire, the said it had a nail in the tire wall and they replaced the tire. We got the car back missing the tow cover and c on the 4matic and then the Tire went flat again 3 days later. Car gets towed back. They dont answer the phone in the service department, finally get a call back after calling all day with no answer. Gave up a $5000 check to hold a vehicle. Turned down car two days later n requested money back which salesman said took a few days. Three weeks later no check! Went into dealership and salesman and manager avoided me completely n a finance mgr said he’d call corporate office next day n give me a call. Well no call n no check next day. Corporate looking into lie and delay meanwhile no interest in $5000 being paid! People obviously don’t care about customer service only money from cars.
