The sales department is great but the service department is very poor. Why buy a top class AMG when the service is is very poor???? Very disappointed and not at all like it use to be in the past.
RecommendedCharles Spencer was my service rep. He was very knowledgeable, polite and took very good care of the service work. I just moved from Houston a few months ago. In Houston my service rep was Steve Downey at Star Motors. We had a great service relationship for over twenty years. He suggest Mercedes Benz of Boerne. I was very pleased with my service and look forward to a similar long term business relationship with M B of Boerne. I am in my fourth Mercedes so I will be glad to have someone I trust with my car.
