Horrible experience,took 4 weeks to figure out how to have the trunk close on a 1 yr old very expensive car Turns out they were at fault with wrongly wiring Very unprofessional people

They are rude they just want your money took my car to the auction before the deal was closed and told me it’s going to take a few days to get it back but want they car back

only 3,777 miles drove and we already having problems with SUV GLC 300 , the response of the dealer, well we can't help you, when the vehicle is a pre-certefied by them, no body else even their mechanic recorded a video and said what is need to be done, but they just don't care.

They people charge me 2900 for anew bumper but put my old one back on and said it was new. Stay away from that crooked place. I’m going to attorney general office

Salesman Dave assured me and my wife that her credit wouldn't be shotgun and they sent it to 5 banks and we were told it would be 2 inquiries on her credit report now its 5 new inquiries. Not happy about THE LIE THAT WAS TOLD TO US. Wouldn't recommend this DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!

On December 28, 2021 I purchased a 2011 BMW X3 from this dealership after contact with your sales associate, Ian. After viewing your advertisement in ********and your website, and being assured it was in excellent mechanical condition and it was thoroughly look over by your mechanics. Within a week, I was backing out of the driveway and heard a pop from the passenger wheel well. Had a service scheduled for today. Service adviser advised me that they will take a look at the issue and that I could wait to see what they find. 5 minutes later another person needed a signature to let me know that they are looking at the vehicle. 2 minutes later the same individual came back and said that I am 10th in line and that they might not be able to get to my car today. Excellent work! I was pleasantly surprised during my first time visit to the Mercedes Bedford dealership for service. The Customer Service Rep, Aaron, was professional, courteous, and also friendly. Most of all, the maintenance on my Mercedes was done in an outstanding manner. The customer lounge was spacious and an enjoyable place to wait. The reason for my surprise is because of the disappointing experience that I have had with the Akron area shop. That facility's work was very unsatisfactory.
