Hays was great I came here because of a referral from Charlie Franks. He referred me to Hays, who might I add has been awesome. He followed up with me, not pressuring me at all. He was always available to take my calls and e-mails. He worked very hard to find the car of my dreams and if not for him I would not have gotten my new car. HE IS AWESOME.

Dishonest sales team These guys are a joke. I was ready to come down and buy the car and they called me on my way and told me they had "mis quoted" the price. Tried to get me to pay 5k more then advertised. Complete clowns! I will never buy from them. I asked for a manager and he told me. "people enter numbers, they make mistakes." this was after 2 days of talking to Anita on the phone and getting the price confirmed. Here is the biggest joke of all. Al Sterling is great We got reponse from Al Sterling. He was very nice and patient with all our questions. He was very honest and got us the GL 450 that we wanted without trying to sell us something else. We will recommend this dealership and Al to our friends and family.
