We picked up our new GLE450 from repairs today, no discussion other than Matt (our service rep) said “I hope I don’t get a phone call from you” and they pulled our car around and we left. No apologies, no communication with the sales manager, or the General Manager, no nothing. No one even said we are sorry your new car has broken down 3 times.. I ordered a 2019 G63 and it arrived to the dealership on 03/30 in the afternoon. The car was ordered in my name and on 03/31 I called my sales associate to ask if the car was available to come see. I was told it was sold out from under me within two hours of arriving to the dealer because a customer came in and offered to buy it on the spot and probably paid a premium. I received no call. No communication of any kind on a car I ordered and spec’d out. Who does this? Is this how a Mercedes dealer is supposed to act??? Really?... read more
