2 stars because of clean facilities and most staff are nice. However, comparing to other dealerships, this one is so mean, only coffee, water and very limited number of fresh baked cookies provided before Covid. BMW is more kids friendly with free drawing kits, snacks, fruit, pastries. Acura, BMW, Subaru... also more welcoming in the guest waiting area. Some other Mercedes dealerships offer free car wash upon request. BMW Valencia do the same thing. This dealership offer it only after car service.
If I go there , I feel safe ... people they knew what they are doing . And they can immediately address my concern . I love my Mercedes Benz -Valencia
