I recently purchased a vehicle that developed an issue which the service department attributed to “outside influence,” holding me responsible for a nearly $800 repair. However, there was no evidence the issue originated at my residence, nor confirmation that the vehicle wasn’t sold to me with a pre-existing condition. Unprofessional and unethical. Counter offer made and accepted by customer then refused to honor offer made. NO INTEGRITY, honor your word and offer made whether it gains or loses, offer was made and accepted. Internal management does not understand business with sales left to defend themselves for misguidance, lack of integrity and customer ends up short.
Never pay a deposit to this dealer. I was tryng to buy a car from the them. I put down a 1000 dollars deposit and had an unexpected cash emergency. I spoke to the sale manager ( Eric B*****) about my emergency. He told me the deposit wasn't refundable. The next day i waited 2 hrs to speak to the store manager and he gave me the same answer. DONT PAY ANY DEPOSIT TO THIS DEALER. Because if you have an emergency or an unexpected situation they wont return your deposit. Everyone reading it should know that you agreed, in writing, to a non-refundable partial payment (we do not take deposits) in order to take the vehicle off the market. Then, a few days later, you attempted to back out of the purchase stating that the source of your funds were "tied up in probate" which you had to have known at the time you signed the agreement.
