I'd give them zero stars if this form would let me. My dad brought his ******** to them for some service and instead they send him a video showing the coolant overflow line saying it burst. 1st, it wasn't like that when he brought it in. 2nd the hose looked brand new as my dad recently had the radiator replaced. In fact, from the clean and square edge of where it "broke", it looked cut. I've worked at shops and dealerships before and never seen a brand new hose break like that. They usually turn brittle and Crack or they bul... read more

This is our first time dealing with this dealership, we brought our new ********* ***** because the door will not lock properly, and they did a good job regarding this problem. When I got home, my wife pointed to me a small dent on the area they worked on, still with very visible palm prints. I brought the van back to them and they refused to repair the dent, the manager said tit was there before, they showed me the picture of the van that supposed to show the dent.
