I just bought my second Kia Soul +. My first was from another dealer and, boy, what a difference. Great experience! It's a bit farther but it's going to be very worth it to me. I recommend Merced Kia (or VW or Hyundai) and particularly Rob Brummel.
This is the place to be! I have a 2014 sonata gls , which I bought in Modesto but I will be taking to Merced for service . In talking with corporate Hyundai American , I was referred to their service dept because of their great customer service / customer feedback SO FAR THEY HAVE BEEN 5 STAR listening to my needs and going above and beyond to keep me as a Hyundai customer KEEP UP THE 5 STAR SERVICE ������

I have spent almost 4K and my broken car sits in my drive way. 4 weeks after work was done! 4th time my children and I have almost been killed because of car stopping on the freeway! So beyond disappointed:( my 3rd vw from this dealership. And not even willing to get a call back to try to make up for taking all of my money and leaving a single mother of 2 with no car!!!!! I can not say enough bad about this shop and how it's ran!
