RecommendedThis one is for our maintenance guy JAVIER. He knows what he is doing. He is great at his job. Always with a positive attitude and willing to help me on any circumstances I have. Whenever I need his assistance he is there to help without any problems. I appreciate his help and patience.
RecommendedLet’s just say that touring with Delise was the best tour experience I have ever had. She was the bomb! It was like a good friend showing me around and the property is definitely worth the see. The amenities were awesome.
RecommendedI have been looking for a place for a while now and after touring with Delise and seeing how beautiful eighth and grand is I’ve found my home! I love Delise for her great personality and how kind and helpful she was. I needed someone to be patient with me and she was definitely that.
RecommendedThe property is beautiful. It’s clean and just beautiful but the young lady Delise that tired us was everything! Her tour was vibrant and hilarious and I couldn’t help to rent with all the wonderful amenities and her!
RecommendedI love eighth & Grand apartments. The staff in the whole building is nice and outgoing. Javier Flores who’s an electric technician in the building is an outstanding employee and friend. Very respectful, outgoing, and get the job done even if it’s out of his field of work. I would recommend anyone to him if you ever need help or questions.
RecommendedThis review is for Javier our amazing maintenance guy! Anytime we have an issue in our apartment, he is there within 24hrs if not less to resolve any of our issues. He is so helpful and great at his job. Recently Javier went out of his way and assisted me by helping me with the grills and helped me changed the TV channel at the rooftop. Such a nice guy and always with a smile on his face anytime I see him. 5 stars for Javier!
RecommendedThis review is primarily for the maintenance staff, but specifically the MVP - Milton! Anytime I have an issue, it is resolved within the same day if not the same hour. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is extremely kind and professional. Milton has been instrumental with providing great hospitality. RecommendedI’ve been looking at apartments. When I came here, I was greeted by Stephanie Byrd who was super polite and answered all my questions. We did a tour and the property is super nice. I enjoyed the property and customer service.
RecommendedI love this place!! The apartments are well done, I love the micro 1 bedroom with the rollaway doors; super creative! Delise is ahhh-mazing!!! Bubbly and genuine personality, knows her stuff and makes you wish you were actually friends! Pllluuuusssss... there's a Whole Foods IN THE BUILDING!!! I mean, can it get any better?! Hoping to make this place home one day soon
