The elevator has been broken for 6 MONTHS! + the manager Shatoya straight up ignores the residents complains. Run away from this place!

Recommendedour future new home I am so excited
My car got broken into this morning (9/20/19). Another gentleman’s car also was burglarized.
The elevators rarely work and the manager (Shatoya) doesn't call back after sending multiple complaints and requests to discuss. The bottom line is the Merc sells an upscale experience while delivering a low quality living environment. The amenities are always broken, the elevators don't work, the property is unsafe and constantly broken into, and the management doesn't respond to complaints. There are far better places downtown. Don't fall for the Merc's tricks.
I mean its The Merc, what can one say about this place that is bad? Nothing!
Application is going in!! Loved this property and looking forward to calling it home. Brittany was amazing and stayed until 6 on a Sunday!!
