I would not recommend this company to anyone… I usually don’t write reviews however my experience with this company is horrible & devastating… I had a estimate done a year ago or less from this company & decided to give a call to see if they would honor said estimate … however they said they would come out & give & estimate I tried to see if they would come out Saturday the receptionist said they couldn’t do Saturday they would come out Monday … so I waited & then had to call them to see when they will show up they said betw... read more
Can't give a review on the actual services offered since I was never able to reach them or schedule a time for an estimate. Contacted them via their website and then attempted to reach them numerous times by phone. I called and left voicemail's (over several days) but they don't seem to be interested in returning my calls. Update: After posting this review, Sandra called me to schedule an estimate. We agreed on a date and time. On the day off, no word from them. My wife worked from home to show them what work needed to be do... read more
Paid them a large deposit for a large project. They have been unresponsive for two months and fail to show up when we make plans for them to come to our locations.
I have been calling t have a stump removed that was supposed to have been removed, I have called left messages, texted and I have email Mercado Landscaping but no one will respond tell me WHY.
