Mabel Castro is an amazing psychologist who truly cares about the people she work with. She’s compassionate, patient, and really knows how to listen. She create a safe, supportive space and give thoughtful guidance that actually helps.
Mabel is excellent and truly one of kind! She is the only therapist I’ve worked with that actually helped me see results with my mental health and lifestyle. I started counseling with her two years ago and as the saying goes the hallmark of an amazing therapist is working themselves out of a job. Over time I went from weekly meetings (sometimes even twice a week) to once a month- probably because I never want to leave! I’ve grown so much during our time together and I can’t sing her praises enough.

Dr. Castro is so wonderful and has been a great help in helping me with my journey. I have accessed other services before but Dr. Castro has helped me overcome much of the things that have blocked me.
