We’ve been trying to contact them for MONTHS!!!! NO ONE RETURNS CALL WHEN IT INVOLVES FIXING LEAKS IN THE ROOF, but somehow I get a call back when it seems like New Business for them. MY SYSTEM AND ROOF IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD AND ITS LEAKING, WWITH NO ONE TO COME OUT AND FIX IT. At this point I would give NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD
Meraki lied to us. We paid $58,000 for our system 33 panels. We produce enough power to support ourselves. However, we are being screwed by Duke energy. Duke energy is treating us as if we only paid 50% of for the panels And treating us just as the same as the other others. Not to mention of that $58,000 we got a Bosch air conditioning system. Since they merged with freedom, freedom will not honor’s contracts or obligations of Meraki.. Do not deal with either one of these companies or you will get screwed
Once you become a customer, they do not answer the phone nor do they respond to emails. Problems throughout the install and still problems. Maybe if their customer service improves this will.
Multiple issues arose during the installation, which they attempted to rectify. However it was still a massive headache and lead to many months of exposed holes in walls and a lot of back and forth. However the main reason for the 1 star review is the problems post install. For the last 4 months I have had a panel out for over 4 months and can't get any reply from the company to get it fixed.
