He was able to fit me in between bad weather and my travel schedule to make sure the job was completed with perfection. I got my roof done by Menzel Roofing after the hail in the area about two years ago. The experience was a good one, basically "no news is good news" sort of thing. They came quickly and worked with my insurance. The whole thing was done very fast and with no issues. The roof has done its job with no leaks or faults. This is simply what I expect from every service. I really appreciate the quality workmanship and my wife was happy with the choice of colors.
