Dominic was quick to get back to me and we worked out an offer.
The sales people are so eager (blinded) by a potential sale that they don't listen/read their inquiries. Questions about the vehicle that I had were ignored. The only response I could get is "Thanks for inquiring, when can I schedule you for a test drive??" I asked the same questions on three separate consecutive occasions. They would not answer them except "Thanks for inquiring, when can I schedule you for a test drive??" When you are buying a used car that should be a HUGE RED FLAG for anyone.
Met with Dom. Very pleasant person. Was very honest. Couldn't get the Impala but was approved for something else I didn't want. But overall I appreciate the experience. Maybe next time.
This was the one we choose to look at & then purchase. I reviewed many, some may have been better ? but were sold by the time i could make it to the dealer.
Friendly staff. Shane and Cory worked with me as much as time would allow. And is looking out for a HHR that fits my needs better than the one sold.
