The dealership contacted us quickly after our inquiry and worked with us via email (best format for us). They accommodated our busy schedule, making it really convenient to come in. Our salesman was wonderful - warm, no-pressure, and very clear in working through "the numbers" for the car we wanted. The gentleman who handled our financing paperwork was great as well - explaining every paper - and super organized! We would recommend Mentor Mitsubishi to anyone, and we would definitely go back!
