I absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone! not only did they find us exactly what we wanted in the price range we needed. the paperwork process was quick, they were extremely thorough. after leaving the dealership and getting groceries, the car stalled. we called roadside assistance and the dealership. they closed the lot, cancelled an appt with another customer to come look at the car to see what they could do before their actual mechanic could get out to us. it was a completely simple fix but the customer service wa... read more
This dealership advertised a 2018 Ford Mustang. I called several times and was passed from one person to another, from son to Dad and salesperson to another. When I asked about an accident that I read in Car Fax, they denied it at first then stated that it was minor. They said that airbag did not even deploy but on further conversations, they accepted that air bag deployed. These people are dishonest and unethical. Stay away.

Just got an AWESOME deal from them for a 2014 gmc terrain. It was my first time buying from a dealership so my nerves were going a million miles a min. Alan was amazing and explained everything i was getting into and signing. Thank you Mentone auto center, we will definitely be back!!!
Horrible! always have a car checked out by a separate mechanic they sell lemon cars.
