I had the best experience doing therapy with Christiana. She met me where I was at and made it a safe place to open up and be vulnerable. She used her expertise and knowledge to help me navigate my life and I looked forward to every session. I can’t recommend her enough!

Brain spotting was something I was relatively unfamiliar with before trying it with Christiana at Mental Wealth Hawaii. I’m glad that I got to experience because I found it to be a positive shift away from talk therapy. As someone who overthinks a lot, it gave me time to focus and sift through hard feelings rather than talk in circles about them. It was a refreshing change of pace and Christiana is so so good at what she does. It truly feels like a safe space to process the hard stuff.

Christiana has been such a gift to our family. She was able to connect with my 16-year-old daughter in a way that truly helped her open up about her fears and anxieties around friendships, family, school, and sports. She validated what my daughter was feeling while helping her work through challenges and take care of her physical and mental health. I reached out to Mental Wealth Hawaii on January 26 after my great grandmother passed away, looking for a therapist to help me navigate grief. They responded promptly at first, asked for my email and phone number, and told me a therapist would reach out that day or the next. Unfortunately, I never heard back from anyone after that. Christiana is someone I really have valued in postpartum. I was feeling very isolated in my emotions and she helped me feel confident as a mom, as a partner and as myself. She gave me her full attention, shared invaluable outlooks and allowed me to be a chaotic mess balancing motherhood and self care. She has a lot of understanding for being a new mom, along with kindness and a ton of mental health knowledge.
