Terrible experience here. Staff didn't seem to care about me, and would ignore me at the counter. I was harassed while I was there by another patient and they did nothing to fix it or remove the person from me.

Transporting patients that don't need emergency services is FRAUD. This place has fraud written all over it!! Tax payers beware! Most of the patients here are homeless so they lie to get in & of course they have some type of medical issue that should eventually be addressed by doesn't require an ambulance. Saying out of control patients have high blood pressure or AMS.....yea so private ambulance picks them up, mind you they are not cops, no protection for ems. Stop pushing the patients you can't deal with off onto UF health... read more

This place is awful. I have personally observed staff abusing patients and have reported this on several occasions. They also gave doctors that commit fraud on a regular basis and this is well known all the way up to the president if the company. All the nurses talk about this doctor and how he will put down that he saw so and so but did not see that person. Doctors are also required to see patients that have private insurance, but some do not, although they put down that they did see these patients. I have never in my life ... read more

0 stars if possible. Dr Risa wouldn't allow me to bring my son. Missed appt which is rude to me! My mental health is FOR my baby duh. Well found a MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL OFFICE KID FRIENDLY

I was reading some of these reviews and i seen one from a employee. I understand your staff deal with a lot of different personalities on a daily basis and they try their best to be cautious, however many people come the for bipolar depression. When you are rude and give attitudes to them it could cause their health to decline more. They may leave and harm them selves or others. These staff members just need to be a little more patient. Their attitudes could make matters much worse. Some of these people check in for a reason... read more

I work in the inpatient setting and I have read some of the comments written here and would like to respond. What people don't realize about our facility is that we are "crisis stabilization" and not long term. We're here for people who are threatening self-harm or are psychotic and need immediate intervention. We don't do deep therapy, we get people back on their meds or prescribe meds if needed. The general length of stay is 3-5 days. From here people are referred to outpatient for follow up care. Our facility is currently... read more

I was here for 7 days and I hate this place. It does not deserve any stars. The staff is rude and the therapist don't help. The food is served cold and the meat is mystery meat. It's disgusting, all you do is sit around and do art all day. Some people may like that, but I was hoping for something more beneficial. Do not send your kids here, it will do them no good.
