Everybody and everything was excellent as is the case in the many times I've been there. I appreciate not being hounded with over politeness as is sometimes the case with some medical services here in Mason City.

I love the staff at the dental center. They are warm, welcoming, and (when necessary) reassuring. There are no unpleasant surprises, because the always take time to explain what's happening and why, and to answer all my questions.
Steph cleaned my teeth. She is very professional and friendly.
Sue did a very nice job as always.

I had a problem and went to the office without a appointment Misty looked over Dr. Louscher's schedule and asked if I could come back in a hour. they worked me in their busy schedule and addressed my problem to my satisfaction. Thank you
