RecommendedMHA gives me a place to go almost everyday. The groups take my mind of negative thinking and keep me busy. It’s become part healthy living process.
They did NOTHING for my mother in law other than get her aides that were on drugs.
i love the mental health assocition they have helped me out so much with my mental health i have made some amazing friends and new family , and can wait un till they open fully so i can be back with all my friends and staff members mha rocks

Thank you MHA for having shamrox sounds entertainment at the recent awards lunching. Shamrox sounds entertainment is here for all non profit organizations. I have been a consumer for 20 years and my heart is to give my talent and passion music. So many of you have giving me support and respect and encouragement to live in my abilities and not my disabilities so thank you all again.
