Very bummed, been coming here for quite a while now, but not anymore. It's close to my house and I loved the fact that I could make my own appointment on line. I showed up early for my appointment and when it was my time, the groomer took a different customer? As there were no available slots to book an earlier time with this groomer, it was very apparent that the customer that she took before me was a walk-in. First time in, as I wanted a good beard trim with my haircut. I am extremely happy. Sasha took her time, gave feedback and suggestions about what I was looking my for, and was professional, yet friendly. I love the haircut, and the beard trim. I will definitely be back to see her in a month or 2.
