I accompanied my husband to Men's T Clinic (The Colony) for his first appointment Saturday. The staff was delightful---everyone was courteous, professional, and patient. His vitals were taken and blood was drawn. Having reviewed my husband's new patient paperwork* and blood test results, the physician consulted with my husband and me to discuss treatment plan options. The Dr. Is amazing and focused on her patients overall health. She caught something that the other clinics I have been to, never acknowledged. Now I am making positive changes in my journey to better health. Thank you Dr.
Set an appointment as a new patient only to show up and have them tell me there is no one to draw blood and can I come back Monday. Why was an appointment set if the resources needed were not available? I wasted time, energy, and sleep to be there. This was extremely disappointing.
