Lori is very unprofessional she is very rude dealing with tenants every time I speak with her she has a bad attitude she doesn’t seem like she wants to help with the issues I have. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She doesn’t post my rents right. I don’t know why menowitz would hire such a rude person
Valerie is an alcoholic; extremely unprofessional. Never answers the phone. Misplaces the documents. Shame on management to hire such a person.
Ridiculous they do not return calls
Very unprofessional company. No one in the office answers the phone. If you call an extension several times they will purposely ignore your number. Was trying to get a hold of an apartment but the extension line never answered. Very disappointed with my experience; do not recommend getting an apartment with this company.
