I visited my friend at Menorah House in Boca and wondered if the Jewish Federation was aware of this facility. I witnessed roaches, the poor quality of the food, residents shouting for help, the majority of the staff have an attitude, apathetic and non-responsive to residents needs. Staff constantly speaking in a foreign language, some cannot communicate in English. The so called Garden is actually an un-kept yard of overgrown bushes, trees debris and rubble.
