Mom's furnace went out. Bonfe told her it was the memory board that could cost $1,000 and might not even fix the problem and could cost another $1,000 for another part and recommended a new furnace. I used Menne’s Hearing and Air to replace my furnace, air conditioning unit and air exchanger as well as repairing my dryer venting. Robert and Tony were fantastic! I was referred by my long time AC/furnace repair man as he does not install. Robert was able to get me a special on a combo furnace and AC package and effectively explained my options, cost, and timeline. They were also awesome when I asked to add on a water softener install at the last minute. Yes, these systems are not cheap but it was way more reasonable than I thought it would be. Extremely quick service. I would highly recommend. Local. I was very impressed that he was able to fix our air conditioner without charging me for unneeded parts. Our Fan outside had stopped working and I thought it would need to be replaced. He was able to show me that on my particular fan, it had oil ports and all it needed was to be oiled and away it went. My AC is 27 years old by the way. So happy he didn't just tell me we needed a new fan. It will still need to be replaced in the future, but he has gotten us out of the... read more
