We have called Menlove Appliance twice for problems with our refrigerator and washing machine. Both times Mike Bailey the owner came to our home. With our washing machine, I called the manufacturer and they indicated the part was under warranty but the service call would cost over $400. I called the store where we purchased the washer and they recommended we contact Mike. We did and were certainly glad we did. He is a certified repairman for LG. The part was free and the labor was nearly one fourth of what LG had quoted me. ... read more
The worst customer service possible. I always try to use locate business', but not this business. The business is registered as an authorized service center for ** appliances. I initially contacted ********************* regarding service for a ** dishwasher the first of June. He came to the house took pictures of model/serial numbers, checked to see the racks were available and the racks were still under warranty. He stated that it would take about two weeks for them to arrive and he would let me know when they arrive. On Ju... read more

I contacted Menlove Appliance Repair to look at my newer Samsung French door fridge because was icing up. Mike came and replaced my fan, and it cost about $300, it was a lot but at least I thought I would have peace of mind it would work again. The fridge iced right back up, so I called two months later when the fridge was doing the same thing again. It took two full months of constant text messages, calling, and voicemails to get a hold of Mike, he did return my voicemails twice during that time claiming “phone tag” but th... read more
