We have called Menlove Appliance twice for problems with our refrigerator and washing machine. Both times Mike Bailey the owner came to our home. With our washing machine, I called the manufacturer and they indicated the part was under warranty but the service call would cost over $400. I called the store where we purchased the washer and they recommended we contact Mike. We did and were certainly glad we did. He is a certified repairman for LG. I contacted Menlove Appliance Repair to look at my newer Samsung French door fridge because was icing up. Mike came and replaced my fan, and it cost about $300, it was a lot but at least I thought I would have peace of mind it would work again. The fridge iced right back up, so I called two months later when the fridge was doing the same thing again.
