I do not recommend these apts at all rent might be reasonable but u get what u get I've had problems since 2022 but what topped it off was I was moved to another unit because of mold and roach infestation mold was really bad we where sick all the time and a month after being moved they moved another family in the same unit I was in before and for a fact did not get rid of the mold or roaches because they never get contractors out here ever!! I can now say I am happy to live at Sangria Park! With the new management team in place they have been a great help to me and resolving the issues I was dealing with that the previous management team completely ignored. I want to give praise to Juan for going above and beyond in making sure it got addressed!
I love the new managnent and all the work that they arw doing. They care and it shows!
I the staff was very helpful, Carol made me feel at ease when it comes to deciding what's best for me and my family.
