Beautiful Museum worthy treasures inside the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Room was big and comfortable. The feeling of days long gone. Best location in San Antonio! Will always stay here! �

Had a very tasty brunch there yesterday. The Mango ice cream was very tasty and the bread pudding was excellent. We did not stay in the hotel but all of the staff we encountered were very kind. Enjoyed the KingsX Toy Solider Store.
Horribly over priced for this place. AC was bad and shower went from freeze you to scald you to freeze you. We were there for the Fiesta. On Saturday night people were running the halls, yelling and crashing into the walls at 2AM. I called the front desk and was told that it was a special party and they can do please!! They ruined our trip as we left the next morning as we were too tired to go to the Rodeo � I really thought this would be a classy place to stay. So disappointed!
What an experience .. but noting supernatural . Nightly exploring is pretty spooky tho .
- Many Family celebrations have been spent here!!! Always has been great Food..great History...great fun!!
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great location. I was fortunate enough to be given a room in the older (historic) section and it was lovely! The location is within walking distance of most of the sights. Highly recommend!
