We are staying at the Menger and this is a must stay at location for downtown. We are staying in the original 1859 section of the hotel and has been a awesome experience. We valet the car with the hotel and have enjoyed walking to all points of interest. The history in the hotel has been wonderful to view.
My waitress Aracely Hernandez took care of my table 2 mornings in a row. She is kind and courteous and prompt. Aracely was helpful and not at all invasive but available every time I needed her. She seemed to have a sixth sense. ���
Check in was an absolute breeze! When I made my reservation I requested for a picture of kittens be placed in the room. Well... I was not disappointed! Friendly staff, and a great location. I would recommend.
Just held our 359th Transportation Company (Vietnam) Reunion there. Outstanding!!!!! Had 53 for our Banquet there, outstanding food and service.
The Easter and Mother's Day Brunches were outstanding! The food was delicious and selections were fabulous. Fantastic service and waitstaff were courteous, prompt and friendly. Hotel is beautiful!
Amazing hotel. As a business traveler I spend a lot of time in hotels, but this one is so unique and has wonderful character. The location is top notch and I can't wait to bring my family.
So we just checked in, this was our first time staying at the Menger Hotel. What a major disappointment! Everything I was promised when I made the reservation never happened. Upon arrival it took over twenty minutes to pull into valet parking. No one there apologized for the long wait. I was told I could check in early. That didn't happen. Didn't get our room until after 4pm. No apology for that either. Was told I would receive two drink coupons for the bar when I made the reservation. That didn't happen.
