Continue to have very upsetting encounters with office staff every time. We appreciate the neurologist and all he has done, but the front staff have no sense of patient care. Called to ask for help with refilling a SEIZURE med because our pharmacy had requested it but were not receiving a response. Was making calls back and forth with Erica at the office and our pharmacy. Friendly, professional staff. Pleasant reception area. Dr. Jain thoroughly explained my eye issues, offered solutions and recommendations.
I would highly recommend Dr. Jain to anyone who values a quality, humble, and compassionate MD's advice and observation skills. I left feeling that my concerns were heard and accepted, and that I make the final decisions about my health and treatment options. The testing staff is top rate too. Lastly, I appreciated that Dr. Jain wears a mask too as so many older folks in the office.
Very skilled. Keeps you informed of the procedure he is doing, explains it in detail so you understand. He is very knowledgeable about his expertise and most medical procedures. Most of all he is very personable and so easy to get along with. One of my favorite doctors.
My favorable experience began with calling their office with an eye problem when the receptionist gave me an appointment for the same morning. After going through various eye tests in their office, Dr. Jain conducted a comprehensive examination, leaving no stone unturned. His thoroughness gave me confidence in his diagnosis and advice. Without the excellent customer service performed by Patrice my urgent need of care would not have happened with efficiency, professionalism, compassion, and timeliness. She was a bright star for me. Dr. Kopp and his staff were all excellent. Thank you ALL!
I have not had a visit but I will review and agree that , they never pick up and don’t return phone calls. To me they just want to charger your insurance and bill them , but can’t even schedule an appt .
