Kira is absolutely amazing!! Whenever I’m dealing with extreme back and shoulder pain, her massage therapy makes a huge difference. Chris Hall said he would take 20 years off me, i laughed. I've suffered from have a very stiff hip for years which greatly affected my ability to bicycle, an activity I love and still did it but not comfortable at all. After one treatment, seriously one treatment, my hip is starting to move and I didn't realize but I started to walk differently as well. My physiotherapist, Nic, has intelligently and kindly worked with me to go from intense back pain to only a little pain in a matter of months. He is accommodating towards my busy schedule and has a great level of care towards his clients. Would highly recommend!
