He is very caring and professional. His staff are outstanding and keeps his office running efficiently. He has been my mother in-law doctor for approximately 40 yrs. and he is thoughtful, kind and caring. I am greatful for his professionalism and expertise.

Dr. Mendoza is TOPS in my books!!! I have been going to Dr. Mendoza since I was in High School, and I’m now 44 years old. Dr. Mendoza has been treating me for Bipolar, and he definitely knows his stuff. His staff in the front office are very professional, and so is Dr. Mendoza. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a GOOD Doctor.

The striking thing about his practice has always been the level of corruption. He's basically running a psychiatric pill mill, especially for parents with Munchausens syndrome by proxy. He drives a Porsche for a reason.

Love this Dr. He's compassionate caring and professional. Best Dr experience in the two years in Bakersfield. Back when you had a dr. In Oregon you only get a dr if referred out. We have an lvn only and many other nurses. I miss you Dr Mendoza and his lovely representative Christine. Great atmosphere and always a good experience.
