Had another health scare and Astrid Mendoza took the time to ease my worries and get me in the right path to treatment. She is great for annual visits and best when you’re in need. She is very empathetic. Love her!

Complains that she has no “office support” which is not patients issue. Waited close to 2 weeks for referral to even be made to insurance provider. Spends too much time using buzzwords like “transparent” and avoiding direct questions. Told us to “research” a product she suggested as it’s “100 years old” and she doesn’t know if it’s made any longer. Zero compassion or professionalism. When we questioned her on options she said”find another provider” which we certainly will. Staff is clueless as well.
