I called to schedule an appointment and explained why I needed to be seen promptly. They gave me their soonest opening, so I took a half day off work. When I arrived, I learned that ultrasounds weren’t available that day and that bloodwork had to be done at a separate lab. Neither was explained when I booked, even though those were the reasons I needed the appointment. Extremely hard to say I would ever refer anyone to come to this office, and even more baffled to see there aren't more harsh reviews. Dr. Mendoza herself is a sweet lady, however, this practice is extremely poorly operating. I received a pap smear and was called a week later by the front desk lady stating I had abnormal results, I asked for more information which she said to come in for another pap 3 months later. Had another health scare and Astrid Mendoza took the time to ease my worries and get me in the right path to treatment. She is great for annual visits and best when you’re in need. She is very empathetic. Love her!
