This was my first visit and from the moment I entered I was treated with respect and patience. The oral exam was thorough yet gentle and the doctor explained the details of the work needed to my understanding. I look forward to keeping this as my on-going dental office.
The prompt allows a highest rating of 5 stars. I however have been a patient for approximately 40 years. Over the years, I have been repeatedly impressed with the professionalism, high quality service and genuine concern demonstrated by all personnel including but certainly not limited to dentists and dental assistants. The exceptional service and positive personality begins upon opening the door to the office and continues until the appointment is completed. My rating: Six Stars.
Once again, excellent experience at this dental clinic. The employees are all wonderful. I receive thoughtful care, advice and timely reminders of what needs doing. They never “push” treatments which may not be necessary.
