Great experience. Very friendly, meticulous staff. Very comfortable setting.
I had an emergency today and the office staff got me in right away, I saw the friendly Dentist as soon as I arrived and his assistant covered me with a warm blanket. They repaired my detached crown and answered all my questions, no rushing, they are real care givers. I recommend this Dentist to all who like to feel safe and cared for.
The minute you enter the office you are greeted by name and sincerely made to feel welcome. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes. The hygienist and dentist ask how you're doing and really listen to your answer adjusting their exams accordingly. The entire staff make you feel like you are the most important patient of their day.
Our family of five has been going here for about 20 years. From office staff to dentists … top notch. We even moved further away from the office several years ago, yet still drive by lots of other providers on our way to Mendota Heights because it is worth it.
My first visit with Dr. Steiner and Mandy was a great experience. The staff was wonderful and friendly to make me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Appreciated the individual completing cleaning providing information as the cleaning proceeded. Always great cleaning.
