Had my teeth cleaned yesterday & all went well. Unfortunately, I need a small amount of novicane. I'm a nervous patient but everything was great. The dentist & Karen made sure I was comfortable. Never felt a thing & I'm gaining my confidence back !!!
I've been a patient for a long time and was visiting for a routine cleaning. The office is always meticulously clean. I've always found every member of the staff smiling and able to make you feel important and at ease. Excellent skill levels from Dr. Roland, his assistants and the hygienists. I received a thorough cleaning and a oral care goodie bag to take home. Dr. Roland did an examination and caught an early cavity in an unusual location. The folks at Mendon Dental always take good care of me and do excellent work. From the front desk through the hygienists to the dentist himself, I was well cared for. The spirit there is positive, and the work is high caliber. And they have the latest imaging technology. You can even see your images on a big monitor so you can talk with them about what is happening with your teeth and what work is needed and why. Awesome!
I cancelled my cleaning appts. for a few years & last year I decided I best get to the dentist. I was really frightened but it turned out fine so I'm going back next week. Can't say I'm looking forward to it (who does)? but I now know what a great team Mendon Dental is & I know I'm in good hands. We have been patients at Mendon Dental for many years, first with Dr.Ann Kunkel and now with Dr. James Roland. The experiences have always been pleasant, everyone is very competant and professional. It really is possible to look forward to going to the dentist and hygenist!
