Upon my arrival at Mendon Dental I was greeted with a brand new waiting area and office arrangement. Its all very beautiful. They have guest WiFi and even a tablet set up to check news/weather etc. The coffee was excellent. My cleaning went well, my Hygienist was very professional and friendly and handled her instruments with precision. I was very comfortable during the entire visit. I had a problem with an infected tooth and was seen by Dr. Roland and his staff on the same day without any difficulty. He's a great dentist and the staff is just outstanding!

As always the staff in the front and the back were friendly and punctual. I barely had time to sit down before I was called back by the hygienist. Neither the doctor or hygienist rushed their time with me.

Everyone at this practice is top notch and very accommodating from routine scheduling to emergency visits. One of my crowns came off (not put on by this office, an older crown). I called the office after hours, left a message, Dr called back in a short time and scheduled me in for an after hours appointment. Really appreciated that.

Karen does an exceptional and thorough job at cleaning my teeth. The teeth surfaces feel polished when she is done. I also appreciated the time she spent going over the pictures of my fillings. I am very happy with Dr. Roland's explanation of my dental status.

I had a good experience at Mendon Dental this week as I always do. Nicole r-rayed my teeth and then went over what her concerns were. Then she cleaning my teeth giving special attention to my specific needs as I have unusual Heath issues. I then consulted with Dr . Roland. He explained the various options that were available to me. He listened to my concerns and we jointly decided on which course of action was the best for me.
