Professional staff & a friendly environment.
I was in for a cleaning and exam and had a great experience. I am always welcomed warmly and given good care. I was shown teeth that will need work in the future and what to expect when they need to be treated. Very comfortable atmosphere.
I wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone for being so flexible yesterday. By allowing me to start early i was able to meet other commitments. As usually, the cleaning was great and the detailed explanations of the plan going forward was excellent. BTW - the office renovation looks wonderful! Thank you again!
Nicole provided excellent routine cleaning and was very gentle. Dr. Roland took time to clearly explain my need for specialist referral for deeper cleaning. Great dental practice.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. When I arrived early, your staff fit me right in, literally no waiting. I understand that may not happen every time but the fact that your staff looks for ways to expedite the process is greatly appreciated. Actually looking forward to my next visit. :)
I can't say enough positive things about Mendon dental--Dr. Roland and the entire staff are so warm, welcoming, reassuring and professional. I used to dread going to the dentist, but I can honestly say I now enjoy my semi-annual visits!
Nicole was just great. I like the fact that when I came home my teeth didn't hurt, as sometimes is the case. She was pleasant and courteous and I hope she stays on. In my opinion she is an excellent addition to the staff at Mendon Dental.
